Hi Everyone,

What an amazing few weeks I’ve had! Presenting at the Mind Body Spirit Festival and then a 5 star experience in Melbourne at the Grand Hyatt, chauffeur driven to the Lexus Marquee at Flemington for the Melbourne Cup, followed by backing the winner of the Cup- Rekindling!

Definitely feeling blessed and grateful. So what did I learn from all of this? That my spirituality travels; that my intuition guides me in many ways. It guides me to areas where I need healing; to areas where I offer healing to others; and it guides me to areas where I need fun. I learnt that fun is healing and healing can be fun. I learnt that being of service to a room full of strangers, made all of us feel like family and enabled deep and profound transformation; that connection, kindness, good humour and good listening are key to fulfilment.

It was tremendous presenting on the topic of SOUL FOOD, in the SOUL KITCHEN, at the Festival. There was lots of engagement from vibrant audience members as we discussed the thoughts, behaviours and practices that nourish your soul and how to listen to the call of your soul so that you can live your life on purpose, on purpose. We also talked about foods and eating habits that are soulful and how soulful foods nourish your body. Amongst the audience was a lovely boy Lachlan and his wonderful mum Vicki who contributed so much insight and engagement and so too did Hildegard with her fabulous process. My gratitude to you all.

On the Sunday, I ran my workshop – PROFOUND INTIMACY IS AVAILABLE TO YOU. I had a tremendous team of six – Vicki, Ozlem, Amanda, Brooke, Diane and Nathan. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. So, so professional and on the ball. Honestly, the level of enthusiasm and engagement in the room was extraordinary. We certainly rocked the Festival. Thank you to Charles, Carol, Penny and all who participated. A very big and special thank you to the wonderful Tracy who came forward and engaged in a deep and hopefully, life changing process, that moved the whole room to tears and joy.
